Here is the list of all of the Mentors registered with the Michigan Tabletop Gaming Club. Feel free to look for them at club meetings or contact them about any questions that you might have about any games or game systems they are familiar with.
****Note: As of the moment, we don't have any Mentors on this list, as you may have noticed. We are currently looking around for available Mentors. If you feel like an expert in any number of games or game systems, feel free to apply to be a Mentor! Whether you think you can advise people new to Magic in all the various strats in the current meta, what cards are good, and how to build decks, or whether you just feel like you have a lot to say about various more complicated board games, come and share your expertise with the rest of the club!
For those especially interested and experienced in tabletop roleplaying games, applying to be a Mentor can also mean getting involved with the various workshops we plan on hosting throughout the year. If you have been pining to share your knowledge or at least help a new generation of tabletop roleplayers out, then apply to a Mentor and come help teach at our character building, game mastering, and other such workshops!
In order to apply, please email us at tabletopofficers@umich.edu with your name, a list of games you want to be listed as a mentor for, along with a brief description (just a couple of sentences are fine) for each game on why you think you'd be a good mentor for it.
