When possible, MAC-EPID events are held virtually to reduce the risk of transmission while maintaining the connections that make MAC-EPID so special. For in-person events see the guidelines below.

All attendees must complete the ResponsiBLUE symptom screening and show their results upon arrival.

Practice social distancing: households should stay six feet apart from each other, especially when unmasked.

Masks are requested for all indoor events, regardless of vaccination status. The following exceptions are allowed:

• During a time when a person is actively eating or drinking. (Maintain 6 feet from other households.)

• Giving a speech for broadcast or an audience while maintaining a distance of at least 12 feet.

• Removing a face covering for brief periods to allow for photography. (Maintain 6 feet from other households.)

All U-M students, faculty, and staff are required to be vaccinated and boosted unless they've been granted an exemption.
