Fun Fact: Our subdivision was named after a beautiful region in Ireland know as Connemara Hills.

WELCOME NEW HOMEOWNERS!!!! It is a pleasure to have you as a part of our community. We welcome you and hope you enjoy our beautiful neighborhood as much as we do. At some point, typically around election time, you will receive an informational packet. Dues for our association are only $5 for the entire year. We always graciously and humbly accept more as dues have not been raised since their inception in 1956. We basically only maintain the subdivision signs, which can be expensive in itself. Our roads are maintained by the county and we have no parks to mow or maintain.

• Dues are only $5 annually

• Elections are held in the fall/September annually

• We typically hold a social picnic/gathering annually

• There are no fences or sheds allowed in our neighborhood. **Those that you may see have either been grandfathered in and must be removed when the homeowner leaves, or we are in the process of notifying for immediate removal. Please do abide by the rules of our homeowner association.
