A quick overview of the Connemara Hills Deed Restrictions:

-No fences are allowed within the subdivision except where providing safety around an in-ground pool.

-No sheds or temporary structures are allowed.

Adding on a room? Building out a kitchen? Outside Construction.. ..Decks etc? Putting in a built in pool? The CHHA Architectural Control Committee will need to see the plans and approve them before a City permit can be pulled. This process is helpful in maintaining standards for our sub.
