The Chen Lab is located on the third floor in the Rogel Cancer Center at the University of Michigan Medical School. The Lab is under the Division of Hematology/Oncology in the Department of Internal Medicine, and functions under the faculty of Cancer Immunology and Immunotherapy. Additionally we are affiliated with the Graduate Program in Immunology and the Program in Biomedical Sciences (PIBS).

The Lab is broadly interested in understanding the effects of the innate and adaptive immune system interact with the gut microbiota to influence the development of inflammation and tumors in the colon.
