Tryouts
Look for next year's tryouts in April 2020!
The tryout clinic is mandatory for all cheerleaders in order to learn the required cheers, chants, and dances to perform for the judges.
JUDGES
To be as unbiased as possible, the judging panel will consist of various athletic coaches, collegiate cheerleaders, and community members with cheerleading experience who are not affiliated with Unaka High School or its students. The Unaka High School Cheerleading coaches will be in attendance, but they will not score athletes
UHS CHEER TRYOUTS
A table with paperwork for those who are interested will be set up during lunches. Paperwork will be brought to the elementary schools to be picked up and returned in the office.
*You must have ALL paperwork turned in before tryouts or you will not be allowed to participate!
