Volunteer

Volunteers are an important part of our Band program. To volunteer to help, you must first be approved by UCPS.  Please click on the link at the bottom to complete the volunteer sign-up process.    

Volunteer Opportunities

The following is information on ways that all families can get involved with the band.

• Equipment Crew - 13 per game and contest.  Equipment Crew is limited to parents who can attend all or most games and contests.

• Bus Drivers - 2 bus drivers per away game and contest.  Valid NC Drivers license with CDL / Bus endorsement required.

• Chaperones - 10 needed for each away game and contest.  Proper volunteer registration with the School is required.

• Uniforms - Unlimited - Help to fit and alter (sew) uniforms and help to get uniforms to contests and cleaners when necessary.
