360 Evaluations

360 (Multisource Feedback) Evaluation: In the 2nd half of R4, we will complete an abbreviated 360 evaluation, collecting information from: peers, faculty, junior residents, and a self-evaluation. This is similar to the Full 360 Evaluation that is done for Core EPA 10b. The full 360 evaluation will also include  feedback from nurses and patients/families. The full EPA will be done during the Junior Attending  Ward Rotation.
