Mr Anik Mondol (Neuromorphic Computing)

Short bio:  Mondol Anik Kumar is currently enrolled as a PhD student at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). His primary research interest lies in the application of novel non-volatile storage devices in emerging fields beyond Von-Neumann computation, edge computing, low power electronics and the inherent reliability concerns of these devices. He earned a BSc degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) back in 2018. Prior to joining the PhD program in EE at the ECE department of UAH, he worked as an independent contractor at Applied Materials, Italy (2018-2021)

Mr Horace Wilson (Hardware security)

Short bio:  Horace Wilson is currently enrolled as a Ph.D. student at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). He received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee in 2020. His research  interest area is in radiation effects.

Ms Matchima Buddhanoy (Flash storage)

Short bio:  Matchima Buddhanoy (Misha) is pursuing her Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). She received her bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio in 2019. Her research interest area is in reliability of NAND flash memory particularly in extreme temperature environments.

Mr. Umeshwarnath (Thesis Topic: Radiation Effects)

Short bio: Umeshwarnath Surendranathan (Umesh) is currently enrolled as a Ph.D. student at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). He received his bachelor’s degree in Electronics and communication at CMRIT- Bangalore (2017), and his master’s degree in Communications and Signal Processing at UAH (2019). He has a great appreciation for modern technology like Computers and Mobile Phones that get taken for granted, so he is in the pursuit of fully understanding and improving on them. His research interests include Radiation effects and the reliability of modern electronics.

Mr. MD Raquibuzzaman (Thesis Topic: 3D NAND Storage)

Short bio: Md Raquibuzzaman is pursuing his Ph.D. in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). He received his Masters degree (MSE) in Electrical engineering from UAH, spring-2018 and Bachelor of  Science  (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Islamic University of Technology (IUT),Gazipur, Bangladesh, 2014. Mr. Raquib’s research interest includes the fabrication and characterization of thin films, the reliability of devices, and systems.
