• We welcome Ms. Elyce Enrique to the Tusky Valley Band Staff as our new middle school band director! Ms. Enrique is an alum of Hoover High School and the University of Akron, graduating summa cum laude in 2020 and 2024, respectively. She holds bachelor's degrees in Music Education and Woodwinds Performance with a minor in music composition, earning honors distinction and Presser Scholar status at the University of Akron. After graduation, Ms. Enrique served as the long-term substitute teacher for the band director at Miller South School for the Visual and Performing Arts. There, she taught band for grades 4 through 8, jazz band, music theory, and an exploratory course.
