Looking for a good book?

Many times students come to me and ask for a good book. Sometimes they ask, "Where do you find information about the books that you have read or bought for our library?" As your high school librarian I am always looking for books that will interest you. I look many different places for suggestions and have placed some links to different places on the web that I use/have used to help pick books that meet your reading needs.

Of course I could not create this list without putting in a plug for the Missouri Readers Awards that students just like you vote on each year. These are the Gateway and Truman Awards.
