Applications:  DATES HERE HAVE NOT YET BEEN UPDATED

Membership applications are due by Friday 9/5/2025 (if not already submitted at the end of the previous school year) in Room 201.

Notification of acceptance of new members, and continued membership of previous ones, will be provided by Wednesday 9/10/2025.

Dues of $30 should be paid (after acceptance notification is received) by Friday 9/19/2025.  Dues can be paid by check (made out to BHS) or cash, before school in Room 201; Venmo is also available but must not be sent before acceptance notification.

Officer applications will be due in April with the election for the next year's officers at the last meeting in May.  Officer application form for next year will be posted in March.

Meetings:

Most meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of the month, in Room 201, from last dismissal until 3:30 pm (the October meeting will be on Wednesday October 165h, the November - April meetings will be on the second Wednesday of each, and the May meeting will be on Tuesday May 5th).  There is no meeting in August and the September Induction ceremony will count as the September meeting.  

Induction:

The Induction ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025 in the cafeteria, 6:00 - 6:30 pm.  Friends and family may also attend.  New members will be inducted and presented with a certificate and membership card, returning members will be acknowledged and given a patch or other certificate.  Again, this will count as our first meeting of the school year.  Recommended dress for this even is smart casual.

Math competition:

The tentative date is Tuesday, April 7, 2026.  Exact date will be announced in February.
