Boys Spring Volleyball
Tryouts Monday, March 2nd and Tuesday, March 3rd; mandatory practices will follow for the rest of the week.
Practices after tryouts: after school hours every weekday, times depend on whether a player is varsity, swing or JV
Matches/Scrimmages/Tournaments/Playoffs: All mandatory, March through May
- Away Matches: times vary with starts between 4:00 & 6:00; all players MUST ride bus TO destination unless otherwise noted
- Home Matches: JV starts at 5:00, varsity immediately follows, ALL players MUST be available for BOTH matches.
THS VOLLEYBALL CALENDAR: Most practices, matches, scrimmages, tournaments, and other events for the upcoming season are placed on the THSVS calendar ASAP. However, the calendar is a live document and can change considerably before and throughout the season, so printing it now is unadvised. The coaching staff will make email/Remind updates when they arise. New players and their families will be added to the email list after tryouts. The calendar is on the "Calendar" page of this website. If you want to merge our Google calendar with your calendar, use the following link... THS Volleyball Google Calendar or click on the bottom of the calendar where it says "Google Calendar." Having a Google account is highly recommended for all parents of our teams, as our communication/forms are all "Google." All THS students already have their own account.
Forms Deadline: ASAP - February 20th
To be eligible to tryout, every player MUST have completed and submitted ALL requirements below by the deadline, but the coaching staff would prefer that families complete them ASAP so we have time to help if there are problems or questions.
Once a player has completed the requirements, they will be considered "cleared." "Clearance Status" will be listed here and emailed.

REMIND Can be completed after tryouts.
"REMIND" allows us to text important reminders, updates, and details to parents and players. Please consider adding your AND your son's cells to REMIND, as it keeps you all in the loop and encourages players to learn to be the primary communicator with the coaches.
