WELCOME DINNER:   Click Here to Sign Up/RSVP  Thank you for visiting our WELCOME DINNER, PARENT MEETING, sign-up link. The team, their parents, siblings, and coaches are invited to Trinity at 5:00PM on Saturday, August 23rd. 

Location: Picnic-style outside the new auxiliary gym (the Palace) or in the cafeteria if the weather is poor.

We kindly request that each family sign up to bring a side dish or dessert, as well as another listed item, if possible.   

Gate & CONCESSION STAND Volunteering 

Volunteers, please read: a blue "cash verification form" will be provided at the concession stand and gate for each event we host.  It must be completed by the volunteers both at the start and end of the match.  If you have any questions, please ask the AD.  Thank you!

1. Varsity Labor Day Launch Tourney:  Saturday, August 30. 

We need the help of all the families, including those of both varsity and JV players.

• • • • Concession Stand Volunteer... JV/Swing player families start here; fill in the gate if needed.

      • Gate Volunteer... Varsity families start here; fill in at the concession stand if needed.

      • ALL JV/Swing players are required to attend all day to help work the matches. 

2. Big 8 (all players):  Saturday, September 13.

Home Match Concession Stand and Gate Volunteering... we need every family to sign up for 3 regular match slots throughout the season.   Couldn't do this without you :) Thank you!
