ABOUT KAISER, ART TEACHER
Kaiser (she/her) is new to the Earth School community this year, and so excited to be here! She loves to do ceramics, paint, and draw, but her real passion is making art with young people.
VISION
At the Earth School, we trust that the child is the artist. In the earlier years, young artists learn through play and exploration. They interact with as many materials as possible and practice using line, shape, pattern, and color. In older grades, students will learn more advanced techniques, and will also have more choice in the concepts and materials they will focus on as artists.

Art All Around
Tapping into children’s expressive capabilities also enhances their math, literacy and social skills, so the arts are integrated into virtually all aspects of the Earth School program.
All students get at least one semester of visual art classes in the art studio drawing and painting; making prints, collages, and sculptures; and compiling portfolios of their work.
The Famous Gallery of the Earth School
Students who studied art in the first semester shared their work in a beautiful gallery located near the 5th Street entrance. Check it out.
Resources for Continuing Art at Home
