Vision

         SNSAT embarks to be a Polytechnic College in the 21st Century TVET.

Mission

   SNSAT commits to provide Post Secondary Programs relevant to the international technology standards and industry demands. 

Objectives

By year 2026, SNSAT commits:                                                           

 1. To offer at least thirty six (36) STAR-rated programs that would respond to

local and international employment opportunities;                              

2. To conduct at least six (6) Technology Researches and eight (8) Labor Market     Information Reports;                                                                     

 3. To conduct at least four (4) Community Extension Programs for every registered qualifications in partnership with LGUs, NGOs and NGAs;        

 4. To establish at least three (3) Income Generating Projects with 80% of learners to complete entrepreneurship and innovation trainings;          

    5. To provide 100% and at par support services to customers.
