On February 10-11, 2025, officials from the Samar National School of Arts and Trades (SNSAT) participated in the 2025 National TVET Conference and the UniTVET 19th General Membership Meeting at Novotel Manila Araneta City.
The conference brought together TVET leaders, policymakers, and key stakeholders from across the country, providing a platform for in-depth discussions on emerging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in vocational education.

February 11, 2025 - In observance of the 28th National Week for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, celebrated every second week of February under Presidential Proclamation No. 731, series of 1996, PCpl Lannie I. Samonte of the Taft PNP conducted an orientation for SNSAT Diploma students. The session aimed to advocate for children's rights, promote their welfare, and raise awareness on the elimination of child sexual abuse and gender-based violence.

4 January 2025 - Regional Director Dan M Navarro, DPA led the turnover ceremony at the Samar National School of Arts and Trades (SNSAT). The event formally welcomed Dr. Marlon A. Misa as the newly appointed Vocational School Administrator III, succeeding the outgoing Officer-in-Charge, Ms. Gemma A. Taniñas.
The ceremony also marked the transition of the Administrative Officer IV position to Ms. Liberty C. Perasol, who succeeded Prof. Isabel Acayen, the Designate Head of the Finance and Administrative Services Unit.
