July 12, 2023-TESDA-Samar National School of Arts and Trades (SNSAT) through Professor Michelle Delmonte, Head Extension Services, joined the PRLEC Launching Activity at the Mayor's Office in Jipapad, Eastern Samar. TESDA-SNSAT offered Plumbing NC II under TWSP to the residents of Barangay Roxas. This will run for 25 days and the scholars will receive an allowance of Php 160 per day. Present in the aforementioned launching were Municipal Mayor of Jipapad, Hon. Benjamin E. Ver; TESDA Eastern Samar Provincial Director Antonio C. Waniwan, Ph.D.; Vocational School Administrator of BNAS, Ms. Nenalyn Abanador; Vocational School Administrator III of SNSAT, Dr. Wenifreda Q. Hobayan; Mr. Israel Lo, Center Administrator of ES Provincial Training Center; and LTC. Rudyard E. Garcia, Commanding Officer 52nd IB, PA.
