Progress-to-Goal (PTG) Conversations: Middle-of-Year Check-InsÂ
Starting in January, we will begin Middle-of-Year Conversations (MOYC) to review your progress toward your vision and academic goals. These discussions will be grounded in artifacts to help us identify clear next steps as you continue driving meaningful change in your classrooms.
All MOYC sessions will take place in group settings. For Bonham and Piney Point, conversations will occur on campus.
Please take a moment (approximately 3 minutes) to sign up for your MOYC session via our Homebase linked above. Once you select a date, time, and location, I will send a Calendly invitation with all meeting details. Deadline to sign up : December 20th!Â

I am SO excited to be supporting Corps Members in Southwest Houston (Southwest Rockets 🚀). My name is Kaz and I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. I hold my undergraduate degree from Arizona State University where I majored in Elementary Education and received my Master's Degree from The University of St. Thomas in Teacher Leadership. Knowing I always wanted to be a teacher I joined Teach for America in 2012 and relocated to Houston, TX. I've taught Pre-K, Kinder, 1st and 2nd grade and loved each grade I taught. In 2019 I had the honor of being a founding school leader and opened an elementary school in Ft. Worth, TX with Uplift Education. I love to travel, build Lego sets, and all things DIY.Â
