PAYMENTS

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For Scheduled Payments, choose your payment from the drop-down menu.
  2. Enter the WLW Marching Band member's name and for what the payment is intended.
  3. Click "Add to Cart" and follow the instructions.
  4. Complete transaction.
  5. NOTE: A PayPal account is NOT needed to complete the transaction.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • There is a 3% charge for using the Paypal service...this goes to Paypal, and not the WLW Marching Band.
  • If you are making one of the "scheduled payments," the 3% has already been added on. If you are making a "non-standard payment, you will need to add the 3% to your total. Click here for online calculator...multiply your payment amount by .03 & add this amount to your payment.
  • In the event that you need a refund, please note that the 3% PayPal fee is not refundable.

"Non-Standard" WLWMB PAYMENTS

If you need to make a payment in an amount other than a schedule payment, please use this option. Make sure you follow the directions to ensure that your child's account is properly credited.

  1. Click on the Donate button below. You will be directed to the Paypal site.
  2. Enter the amount of the payment you would like to make. Don't forget to add the 3% PayPal fee.
  3. Below the amount, where it says, "Write a note," please enter the band member's name and for what the payment is intended.
