Student's will perform skills chart and challenges on various strength and development tests. (similar to the Presidential Physical Fitness Challenge) There are eight testing categories. We will test on four categories each quarter of the first semester. Then we will practice skills and learn exercise that we can do to improve those test scores. Quarter three and four we will retest to see if there is any improvement. Each test gives the students the opportunity to earn a gold, silver, or bronze status for their hard work.

Horizontal Ladder (Monkey bars) (test in Quarter 1 & 4)
Pull-ups (test in Quarter 1 & 4)
400/800/1600M Run (test in Quarter 1 & 4)
Noodle Hop (test in Quarter 1 & 4)
Sit-ups (test in Quarter 2 & 3)
Jump Rope (test in Quarter 2 & 3)
Chinese Jump Rope (side out, straddle, in, out pattern) (test in Quarter 2 & 3)
Scarf Juggle (test in Quarter 2 & 3)
