OBJECTIVE: Help Students maintain a healthy lifestyle.

My goal as a physical educator is simply to help children obtain the knowledge and desire to lead a healthy lifestyle. Students will be introduced to the concepts I refer to as the building block of fitness.

Each day I tell the students that we should see three things: 1. We are sweating, 2. Our heart is beating fast, and 3. We are out of breath.

Building Blocks of Fitness:

Cardio

Strength

Flexibility

Coordination

Sleep
