Grading Policy

Student grades are based on:

• classwork/homework
• preparedness
• quizzes and other formative assessments
• tests and other summative assessments

Major exams include NYS Grade 6 Reading Module mid-unit and end-of-unit assessments (these may be viewed on Engage NY)
