- Complete personal care tasks (toileting, teeth brushing, hand-washing, dressing etc) with some reminders/ help
- Tries to open food, drink from a cup, and feed self with little spilling
- Follow basic health and safety rules
- Takes care of own needs appropriately and try to solve problems on own
- Follow daily routine to transition between activities with decreasing support
- Completes steps of clean up routines
- Follow directions to begin and finish an activity. Increase time can remain on task
- Attend and engage during different activities (stay in area, look, follow directions, respond appropriately)

- Sort the clean silverware. Help put it away.
- Help make a snack.
- Help clean up the dinner dishes.
- Help with the laundry. Can you put your clothes away by yourself?
- Help wash the windows.
- Put all your toys away after you play.
- Put your dirty clothes in the hamper after wearing them every day this week
- Help your family take out the trash.
