For Talented Female Sophomores and Juniors
The Joyce Ivy Foundation Summer Scholars Program provides scholarships for talented, high-achieving young women (sophomores and juniors) from the Midwest to participate in academic summer programs at some of the country's top colleges:

Scholarships are awarded based on merit and financial need.

Ohio Operating Engineers
Apprenticeship and Training Program
Working as an Operating Engineer is an excellent career for men and women who want to acquire multiple skills, work outdoors, and become creative in their employment while earning a decent wage. To become an Operating Engineer, a person must complete four (4) years of apprenticeship training which includes a minimum of 640 hours of classroom and related instruction, a minimum of 4,000 hours of employment and successfully passing the written and machine performance tests.
