The Huckleberry House works with Central Ohio’s youth ages 12 to 24 and families who are dealing with issues like abuse, violence, neglect, poverty, and homelessness. Programs include:
Crisis Shelter – Provides emergency shelter and crisis intervention for youth ages 12 to 17.
Transitional Living Program – Assists youth ages 17 to 21 with independent living skills, mental health support and securing living arrangements. Teens meet with counselors for free and confidential support.
Family Support Program – Counseling services are available to youth ages 12 to 22 and their families.
Youth Outreach Program (YOP) & YOP Shop – Meet with youth ages 12 to 24, anywhere, to help connect or make aware of support that’s available in the community to help you with housing, education, employment, and other needs. Scholarship Program – Provide scholarship funds to young people in their programs to help pay for college tuition and expenses.

National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA)
The NEDA is a national, nonprofit organization that supports individuals and families affected by eating disorders. Provided on their website is an Eating Disorders Screening Tool and other resources and information. Their Parent Toolkit is a resource to get answers to questions and concerns. Parents can learn how to be supportive and get advice from other parents.
