In Kindergarten we will learn the letters, sounds and reading words using the Scott Foresman Reading program. Through the use of six stories in six different units we will also develop phonemic awareness skills. We will be reading and listening to many other fun stories too.
Everyday we will work on Oral Language, Shared Reading, Word Work and Language Arts activities.
We will read everyday. Each of us will find books to read. listed are the Kindergarten words we will learn. We will be working with these words during this kindergarten year.
