From its introduction to the curriculum of the Franklin Area School District in 1936, the instrumental music department has a proud tradition of musical excellence. Being strongly supported within the schools and community, the instrumental music department offers a wide variety of courses and ensembles to enrich the lives of the students at Franklin Junior/Senior High School.
