Math

• • Hands-on learning activities and manipulatives

Reading

• • Use a variety of word recognition strategies

  • Analyze the characteristics of fiction and nonfiction writing

  • Use complex texts to learn content specific reading strategies

  • Read different genres and respond creatively

Language Arts
