I-29 Exit 78 (26th Street), Turn east onto 26th St 1/3 mile (26th St becomes Louise Ave), Turn left into Clubhouse Hotel & Suites, 2320 S. Louise Ave.

Teams:

• Add the meet to your high school team calendar on athletic.net to access registration.

• If your team coach is not able to add the meet to the team calendar and a parent or chaperone will be registering the team, please follow directions found HERE to obtain a registration link.

Unattached Individuals:

• Add the meet to your individual calendar on athletic.net to register

Race Selection

• Teams must consist of the same athletes who competed for the school team. Use a new name when registering as a club.

• Championship Races: Limited to about 30 teams and 50–60 individuals across all 7 states. Our committee will evaluate season results to determine entries.

• If not selected for championship race, teams/individuals will be reassigned to open sections.

• Open Sections: Register for any open section; all are scored as one combined race.

• Sat, Nov 8: 12:00–5:00 PM (no early access)

• Sun, Nov 9: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM

Course Run-Thrus

• Sat: 12:00–5:00 PM (no early access)

• Sun: Opens at 7:00 AM; no warmups on course once races start.

Nike Merchandise

• Sat: 12:00–5:00 PM (no early access)

• Sun: 8:00 AM until sold out

Race Day Guidelines

• No costumes (capes, masks), props, or unsafe apparel allowed.

• No hand-holding, cartwheels, or disruptive behavior—violators may be removed.

• The meet will stay on schedule; time limits enforced.

• Do not leave items in start box—unattended gear will be moved behind fencing.

• Not responsible for lost/stolen items.

Teams & Registration

• Teams must be from the same school.

• No substitutions or changes to championship rosters after registration closes.

• Only scratches allowed after deadline.

Bib & Timing

• Bibs: 4 pins on front of jersey.

• Hip numbers: One on each hip.

• Bibs have built-in timing chips—do not bend.

Box Assignments

• Available at nikecrossnationals.com (Heartland page, 48 hours after registration closes).

• Multiple teams in Rising Stars/Open races will share boxes but be scored separately.

Results & Info

• Visit wayzataresults.com for live/final results.

• Team camps located in the athlete area behind the starting line.

• No dogs allowed on-site.

Spectator & Parking Info

Admission:

• $15/vehicle on race day (Sun); includes re-entry.

• Buy early on Sat (Nov 8) with cash or card (fees apply).

• No charge for Sat.

• Please carpool to reduce traffic.

Park Entrance:

• Enter at 57th St & Western Ave.

• Follow signs & attendants.

• No grass parking — towing enforced.

• Buses drop off only—no on-site parking.

• 12:10 PM – Girls Rising Stars

• 2:10 PM – Girls Open

• 3:20 PM – Boys & Girls Championship

National Qualifiers

• Top 3 teams and top 5 individuals not part of the top two teams from each championship race will be processed on-site immediately after awards. (Top two teams auto qualify for NXN.  Third place team will be considered for an at-large selection, which will not be determined until all regionals are contested).

On-Site Services

• Water: Provided for athletes by Dakota Splash

• Gatorade: Available for athletes in the finish area

• Food Trucks: Breakfast, lunch, coffee & cocoa (cash/card)

• Lost and Found: located at packet pick up area
