About me

   Hello!  My name is Mrs. DiPietro and I have been teaching first grade at SS.C.D. for the last twenty one years.  I love teaching first grade. My Husband retired from the State Police in 2016 and is enjoying his time at home.   I have two children who are very active. My daughter Nicole graduated from  Duquesne  University with her doctorate in pharmacy. She is currently working for CVS Pharmacy. She just purchased her first home.  My son Joey graduated  Penn State Dubois with a major in business. He is now a Pennsylvania State Trooper and bought his first home last fall.    In my free time, I like to spend time with my family! We bought a camper and we love to go camping!

I was honored to receive the Teacher of the year award in 2021!  I couldn't have received the award without the love and support of my students, parents and staff.  I'm looking forward to another great year!
