Lifetime Activities

Welcome to Lifetime Activities! This is a Semester-long elective course for 0.5 credits one time. In this course, students will be introduced to numerous activities that they can implement and carry on throughout their entire life after school.

Main concepts include a structure of play (rules and regulations), a commitment to regular exercise/activity, and the development of self-awareness with critical thinking. 5-10 minutes will be allotted at the beginning and end of class for dress/re-dress and other hygiene purposes when necessary.

Students will need to pay for certain activities in this class, roughly $25 will be needed if you plan to participate in all activities.

Clothing Requirements:

Please dress according to the weather. Clothing will be varied in this class based on the activity.
