Timeline

Phase I — Exploration

• Winter 2017 — LMS task force identifies key features and sets priorities; subgroup explores options and develops preliminary recommendation on systems to pilot.

Phase II — Pilots

• Winter 2017 — Subgroup pilots selected LMS platforms.

Phase III — Recommendation

• Spring 2017 — Task force evaluates pilots and makes final recommendation in March 2017.

Phase IV — Planning

• Spring/Summer 2017 — Begin planning for Winter 2018 implementation.

Phase V — Implementation

• Fall 2017/Winter 2018 — Convert courses as necessary and begin use of selected LMS platform.
