Natalie Lamb, B.A.

Natalie Lamb is a second-year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program at Saint Louis University. She graduated from the University of Kansas in 2022 with a B.A. in Psychology, B.A. in Applied Behavioral Science, and a minor in Business. As an undergraduate, Natalie worked as a research assistant in the Stereotypes and Social Judgement Laboratory and Performance Management Laboratory. Her primary research interests are DEI in the workplace, Organizational Development, and Occupational Health Psychology. She additionally works in the Work-Life Lab (W.E.L.L) at SLU. Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching KU basketball and the KC Chiefs, working out, and trying out new coffee shops.
