Policies and Requirements

The following lab requirements and procedures are common to all science department courses:

Lab Safety

All classes involve laboratory activities. Students need to be familiar with appropriate safety precautions. Parents and students should read and sign the Flinn Scientific Safety Contract prior to any labs.

Lab Reports

A common lab report format is used for formal laboratory assignments. Your teacher may modify this report format somewhat for the specific class or lab. Be sure to understand and follow your teacher's instructions.
