Dear Parents, 6-1-26
This is our last full week of school. It’s not time to say our goodbyes yet, but it does feel quite close. What an incredible and unforgettable year it has been! Don’t forget that we have a fun screenless summer camp from June 23th-July 11th. Details in the office if you’d like to sign up. I am one of the teachers for the camp!
- In math we will finish shapes/geometry in the book. There will be no test on it.
- We are reading another story this week from the hardback readers entitled “The Story of the Statue of Liberty.”
- We are finishing up social studies unit 4 and will take a test.
Tests this week are: comprehension test on “The Story of the Statue of Liberty” and Social Studies (Unit 4) on Thursday and spelling (lesson 37) on Friday. There are no more phonics tests and this week will be the last week that we take any tests.
