Awesome engagement at the JTC Food Waste Awareness Roadshow to spread the word in upcycling among tenants of Bedok Food City, Gourmet East Kitchen, and Shimei East Kitchen. Through interactive dialogues and candid sharing, we were happy to see many food manufacturers, small or big, keen to bring higher value to their edible side streams. Speaking at the Asian Culinary Institute’s Masterclass in conjunction with SkillsFuture Lifelong Learning Festival for businesses in food services and food manufacturing, we shared how Super-Quick drying technologies are the key to creating these high-value commodities from F&B side streams.
A*STAR SME TECH DAY 2022
We were invited to the A*STAR SME Tech Day 2022 where we presented as Keynote speaker on the topic: “Playing a critical yet diverse role in sustainable food valorization”, sharing the foundations of our business through the essence of our Super-Quick drying technology and how it has enabled our strive towards sustainability.
We were privileged to be part of this event to engage with like-minded sustainability leaders from both academia and industry.
CESG 2022, SINGAPORE
We participated in the CleanEnviro Summit Singapore (CESG 2022) where we discussed in depth with various academic experts, government organizations and like-minded businesses looking forward to upcycling wet organic materials into valuable resources.
We were honoured to have Dr Amy Khor visit us, where we shared how our innovative solutions play a critical role in creating high-value resources sustainably to gear Towards Zero Waste Singapore.
National Environment Agency
It was an honour to be one of the award recipients at the Inaugural Food Resource Valorisation Awards 2021, organised by the National Environment Agency (NEA), which recognised our efforts in the upcycling of food waste into high value food resource for human consumption and animal/aquafeed ingredients, which can contribute back to the supply chain in a circular economy using our unique SQ Drying Technology.
MINISTRY OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY
Distinguished guests from the Ministry of Trade and Industry embarked on a learning journey with us as they were brought back in time to follow through the chronicles of our founder to fully fathom what makes him the technological entrepreneur he is today. The conceptualization and development of the super-quick drying technology was elaborately shared, complete with a live demonstration in our laboratory, illustrating our R&D efforts for continual advancements.
