About Mrs. Forry

Hello! I'm Mrs. Forry, and I currently teach 2nd grade here at Cornwall Terrace. Prior to teaching  2nd grade, I taught 1st grade; however, I taught 2nd grade for numerous years before I taught 1st grade right here at Cornwall.  I have also been the Reading Specialist here at Cornwall, but I missed being in the classroom! I started my career at Cornwall as the Primary Autistic Support Teacher. 

I am a Wilson graduate, and I received my undergraduate and graduate degree from Alvernia. I am certified in both regular education and special education.  I received my Reading Specialist certification through Kutztown University, and received my Reading Recovery training and certificate through Shippenburg’s University.  I am currently taking Literacy Coaching classes at Kutztown. 

 I am married to Jeff, and we have two AWESOME children. Both of them graduated from Wilson.  My oldest son Josh is a Realtor with ReMAX of Reading. He is married to Danielle and has a dog named Ollie. They have a son (my grandson) Jayden and are expecting a baby girl towards the end of August. My youngest son teaches High School Math at Governor Mifflin. Prior to that he taught, 9th grade Algebra at Lebanon High School. He has also completed his principal certification. 

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  I LOVE to travel and have seen some wonderful sights over the years.  I also LOVE watching sports, especially football!  I also LOVE to read!!!!!
