• Two pairs of clean socks

• Flats or Racing Shoes (If allowed by Coach)

• Water Bottle

• Recovery Drink Bottle

• Uniform Top

• Cool down Shorts

• Cool down T-Shirt

• Towel

• Team Gear

• Gloves/ Hat

• Protein Snack

• Additional Suggestions

  • Body glide or something simliar for chaffing

  • iPod or musical device

  • Money for Meet Shirt and/or Food
