Freshmen and Sophomore Media Day. Dress in Your Uniform at Start of Practice to get your picture Taken for Team Pictures.
Change in Practice Clothes Afterwards

2:30PM - Junior and Senior Media Day Pictures (Early Release from Classes)
3:45PM - Regular Practice for Everyone
**If you have to miss one of these days, you can take pictures on the other day**

Arrive 72 minutes before your event and check in with your coach. Parking is always tough. Must be at Meeting on Friday to compete.
Sunday, 3/15 Mattress Fundraiser - Find that One person to come and purchase a mattress! Keep asking around, we can do really well at this, but we need to advertise!

Link a parent/ guardian account so that all communication continues to include them.
Please indicate why you are being absent. Indicating “Other” does require you state a reason for missing. Common reasons for missing practice are already given as choices.
Reasons absences are not excused:
Parent/ Guardian was not part of the communication (always included when you link your account)
No communication was given before practice
Unexcused absences will result in missed meets, please communicate via XCstats!

“Tryout Week Update” - This week and next week we are going to be focusing on drill work, team culture, and education. By participating this week, we will be looking at coachability and daily attitudes of athletes.
We will pivot and use our next two meets to get Qualifying Marks:
Saturday, 2/21 - Red and Black and Blue and Yellow Invitational at CCA
Saturday, 2/28 - Del Norte and Otay Ranch Meet at Del Norte
