ACDA Honor Choir is a select group of students who represent McCracken at the Illinois ACDA honor choir festival in September at Illinois State University. All students in 7th or 8th Grade Concert Choir or Singers may audition.
IGSMA Solo and Ensemble is an opportunity for vocalists to prepare a solo, duet, or ensemble that they perform for judges at several events in February. All Singers are required to participate, and Concert Choir students may choose to participate.
IGSMA Organizational Contest events are held at the District (March) and State (April) levels.
Singers and Hornet Harmony participate in performances and clinics with judges.
