Wrestling Practices run Monday - Thursdays (most weeks) from 2:30-4:15
***Note*** no practice on 1st Wednesday of the month if there is a staff meeting
Most tournaments occur Saturday's.

Sarnia runs a wrestling club, Sarnia blue water wrestling Club is running Tues and Thurs 7-9 at St. Patricks high school. There is a $150 charge to attend which includes an OAWA (Ontario Amateur Wrestling Association) membership.
For either (or any) club, (or to compete at provincials) you need to me a member of OAWA
