Students in Algebra 2 will use TI-84 graphing calculators as well as www.desmos.com in the study of mathematics.
In Algebra 2 we will use the textbook, Algebra 2 by Ron Larson and Laurie Boswell, copyright 2022, to aid our study of the following:
Chapter 1: Linear Functions (Includes systems of equations and inequalities and linear regression)
Chapter 12: Vectors and Matrices
Chapter 2: Quadratic Functions
Chapter 3: Quadratic Equations and Complex Numbers
Chapter 4: Polynomial Functions
Chapter 5: Rational Exponents and Radical Functions
Chapter 6: Exponential and Logarithmic Functions
Chapter 7: Rational Functions
Conic Sections
Chapter 8: Probability
Chapter 9: Data Analysis and Statistics
