6th Grade Guidance Curriculum
6th Grade- 6th grade Guidance lessons are taught during the Extended Curriculum Block.
Topics we may cover during 6th grade lessons include:
Stress Management-
Bullying Prevention- Definition of Bullying, differences between bullying, teasing, and conflict, how to combat bullying
Career Exploration
Stress Management-
We use this graphic from Karen Horneffer-Ginter to spark discussion about ways to relax.
The students then create their own 10 ways to relax posters.
