Once you are in your group, you will need to do some research to identify one problem that your group will encounter in convincing other groups to support the options you outlined in your position paper. Your job is to develop a strategy for solving this problem. Use our decision matrix to analyze the problem and your solution and be sure to include this analysis as part of your speech. In your speech you should:
Identify the problem you are analyzing;
Explain your solution to that problem;
Analyze your solution using our decision matrix.
