“A student's IEP must describe the assistive technology devices and services to be provided when the student's IEP team determines they are required to address the student's disability-related needs. Whenever a student's IEP is developed or reviewed and revised, the student's IEP team must consider as a special factor whether the student requires assistive technology to ensure the student's access, engagement, and progress in age- or grade-level curriculum, instruction, environments, or other school-related activities.”
