Using Grasshopper to make a model for CNC on wood - Moebius Strip
Project "DreamNest" is a night lamp designed to encourage sleep by requiring users to put their phone away, gradually dimming as the bird's head tilts down to signal rest.
The lamp only activates when the user places their phone inside its base, triggering a gentle dimming sequence as the bird's head lowers - symbolizing the transition into sleep.
This was a project I did junior year. When I was working on this project, I failed to make a model using SolidWorks, so I wanted to try using Rhino3D to make a model of this.

Aimed to print the Spiral Vase mode so that the shade will be thin enough to transmit light but diffuse light using white filament. Tried to print without supports but failed five different times :(
Rendering took forever, Rhino would shut down, not load, etc. Tried to render 3d printed layer lines but failed
