Congratulations to all student athletes who were selected to be on the Sunrise Middle School All-Star Team!!!
All-Stars cost: $30, needs to be paid by the first game
Transportation is provided to and from away games; students must ride the bus to an away game, parents can take their student home at the conclusion of a game
Signed Travel Consent form* (see link at bottom of page) must be on file with the coach if you plan to take your child home from an away game (Form CAN NOT be turned in at an away game, it must be on file prior; this form stays on file for the duration of the school year)
Parents MUST sign their student out in order to take them home from an away game and have the travel consent form on file, failure to sign your child out will result in the hold up of the rest of the team until verified that the student is safe and may result in the loss of privilege of being taken home from an away game.Students are to wear their festival shirt and jersey for each game. Failure to have either will result in not being able to play
Students will be checked out a jersey; student assumes responsibility for the jersey for the duration of the season (All-Star game uniform is this jersey worn over a festival shirt, both are required to play)
7th grade games start at 4:30, 8th grade starts right after the end of the 7th grade game (typically anywhere from 5:20-5:35)
Grade checks will be performed; if a student has a failing grade they will become ineligible for all all-star games until they are passing
It is expected that the students selected for the All-Star team will attend the small number of practices that we will have to prepare for games
