PHS Holds First Annual Badminton Camp to Prepare for 5th Season (DONE)

When: July 27-30 and August 3-5

Time: 12:00-2:00pm

Where: Main Gym at PHS

The PHS badminton clinic will educate new badminton players on the rules of badminton, the different badminton shots, proper badminton footwork, and how to hit the birdie. For the more advanced player, players will work on shot placement, footwork, shot selection, and shot differentiation. The first week will be all about education and learning how to hit with some conditioning, and the second week will enable athletes to play competitive badminton against other clinic participants.
