Rennaisance Place (AR)

Accelerated Reading:

Part of your child's daily homework includes at least 40 minutes of reading for A.R. each day at home. Your child will be given a point goal at the beginning of each quarter. Reading should be fun and so goals will be determined together based upon reading levels. Two scores will be given in A.R. One score is based upon how close they are to meeting their point goal. The second score is based upon overall comprehension. This is not the only reading grade included on the report card. Other grades include daily school work, quizzes and other school assignments.
